Frank Seninsky is president of the Alpha-Omega Group of companies, which includes a consulting agency, Amusement Entertainment Management, LLC (AEM), a nationwide revenue sharing equipment provider, Alpha-Omega Amusements, Inc., Alpha-BET Entertainment, and AlphaOmega Sales, a game & related equipment distributor. All are headquartered in East Brunswick, New Jersey. During his 41 years in the leisure entertainment industry, Seninsky has presented nearly 350 seminars and penned more than 1500 articles. He has served as president of the Amusement and Music Operators Association (AMOA) from 1990-2000 and as the President of the International Association for the Leisure & Entertainment Industry (IALEI) from 2005-2006. His columns regularly appear in Tourist Attractions & Parks, RePlay, Vending Times, and Bowling Industry magazine. Frank is co-regent for Foundations Entertainment University of which presents multiple-day sessions in the US and in growing markets including Russia, Ukraine, Dubai, UK, and potentially Asia, India, and Africa as well. His world famous "The Redemption Report" e-newsletter goes out to more than 25,000 readers and has over 40 advertising sponsors.
Joseph Camarota, serves as Alpha-Omega's Chief Operating Officer. Joe's tenure with the company dates back to 1973, when as an undergraduate at Upsala College, he joined forces with Frank Seninsky. Upon graduation, Joe focused his full attention on developing Alpha's route operation, while also completing coursework necessary to later gain a master's degree from Seton Hall University in 1978. In 1983, Joe acquired a vested interest in AlphaOmega and assumed the duties and role of Secretary/Treasurer. Joe remains connected to the pulse of the industry, due to his close association through purchasing and consulting for a wide spectrum of operators, distributors, and manufacturers throughout the country. In addition, his complete grasp and understanding of our industry, combined with his thoroughness and analytical approach has constantly made him the source for evaluating routes, equipment procurement, and for the development, design, and testing of new games. Arguably one of the industry's most knowledgeable veterans, Joe represents the driving force in guiding the operations of the Alpha-Omega companies.
Jerry Merola, Alpha-Omega's Chief Financial Officer also serves as Managing Partner of Amusement Entertainment Management L.L.C. He has focused much of his efforts on analyzing and enhancing the performance of the firm’s client portfolio, which has included developers, manufacturers, and facility owners worldwide. He has developed feasibility studies, marketing plans, operation manuals, and funding programs for some of the most notable names in the entertainment industry and performed business audits in almost all markets and sectors. Jerry and the firm have developed one of the most comprehensive attractions databases available, allowing its clients to obtain real world performance results and earnings capability for virtually any entertainment component. Earlier in his career, Jerry served ten years in the commercial banking industry as Vice president of one of the northeast's largest commercial banks, where he managed a team of lenders that controlled the banks Fortune 1000 client portfolio. A holder of bachelors and masters degrees in corporate and international finance from Fordham University and Fairleigh Dickinson University respectively, Jerry brings to the table a wealth of experience in financial markets, project and land development, budgeting, and risk management. As a monthly feature writer for Playmeter Magazine and Entertainment Management Magazine, he maintains a library of articles in both the entertainment and financial services industries. Since 2001, Jerry has served as Chairman of the industry Finance Council through the International Association of Leisure Entertainment Industry.
